I’ll show you how to be a calm, centred, intuitive mama who is on top of her shit, feeling great and laughing with her kids.
Fuck Mum Guilt
I had an intense introduction to mum guilt when I had to say goodbye to my babies every day for weeks whilst they got strong enough to come home from hospital.
Then, when they were discharged, I soon realised there was never enough mummy to go around. I never felt good enough and mum guilt just kicked me when I was down. I took radical action and broke up with mum guilt for good and am now empowering mamas everywhere to do the same.
When I was pregnant, I was voted a top 100 Female Entrepreneur - that’s a pic of me at the House of Lords attempting to look fancy in maternity wear. Did I pull it off?
Babies
I had two unexplained miscarriages, which nearly broke me, before spontaneously conceiving triplets (not IVF). It was such a miracle, I think my husband is still in shock.
We got through a rocky high risk pregnancy and my boys were born at 33 weeks + 5. I have identical twins, Jerry and Frankie, and a non-identical twin, Rafa.
Rafa and Frankie came home after 4 weeks in hospital, while Jerry had to stay in for another week on his own.
I’m frank about the ups and the downs, the challenges and the joys. I’ve written openly about our journey on LinkedIn since the beginning and more recently shared it on Instagram too @triplet_supermama as well as in articles in the national press and on BBC Radio
I would love to write a column or opportunities to share the ridiculous, hilarious experience of triplet life and inspire other mamas on their journeys.

My Vibe
MIND
I’m all about mindset - triplets will always be a challenge, but by having a kinder mind, I can make it easier for myself.
I’m positive and can-do – I’m not into mum-martyrdom or mum moaning or mum guilt at all. I have a lot of fun with my triplets. Yes, it’s phenomenally challenging but I’ve never laughed so much in my life.
I’m unapologetic about meeting my needs - I do a LOT for my triplets but I need a little slice for me so that I can stay on my A-game and not burn out.
BODY
I’m fit – I got my body back pretty quickly. I run with my dog, practice yoga several times a week and push a 70kg pram around town, which has pretty much given me a 6-pack. I’ve never been so strong in my life (and I used to run ultra-marathons).
SOUL
I’m intuitive – the rule books don’t apply to me so I chucked them out the window and learned to trust my beautiful maternal instinct. I turn down the noise on the opinions and judgements and do what’s right for us. I feel very strongly that we need to push back on the ton of judgement that gets slung at mums.
I’m spiritual – I’m from a family of energy healers, meditate daily and enjoy being part of a group for spiritual entrepreneurs. I’m manifesting a lot this year and excited to see where the guidance is going to take me. The universe has big plans for this mama, that’s for sure.
